César's career began in Las Vegas apartment communities, working up from groundskeeper to maintenance technician through reliability and a drive to learn — drywall, paint, appliance replacement, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and rent-ready turnovers.
That reliability moved him into leadership, helping open a newly built community while handling resident requests, repairs, and turnovers. He then joined the engineering teams at Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas — preventive maintenance, guest-room repairs, building systems, kitchen equipment, and pool operations at five-star service levels.
When the pandemic slowed hospitality, César remodeled his own home and shared the projects online. Referrals followed — from friends, homeowners, realtors, and property managers — and Ideal Handyman LLC was born. Today it proudly serves Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas, treating every property as if it were our own.
