Twenty years learning the craft. Five years running the shop.

It started at an apartment complex. Residents began asking for César by name — not the building's number, his. That kind of quiet trust is hard to engineer; it's only ever earned.

From there, the work climbed. Mandarin Oriental. Waldorf Astoria. A decade of being the technician hotels with five-star ratings sent to fix what couldn't go wrong.

When the pandemic ended that chapter, he renovated his own home as a hobby, posted the work online, and demand answered. Ideal Handyman LLC was born — not from a business plan, but from a reputation.
